POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This role serves as a member of the MCRI Global Clinical Operations- Contract Management group and supports the Contract Analysts in facilitating the administration of high-quality clinical agreements in a timely manner that balances the needs of all parties while maintaining internal and external relationships.  This position works cross-functionally with a number of other areas including clinical, legal and external parties. All clinical agreement administrative work will be done in accordance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), legal and regulatory requirements, and using enterprise-wide contracting administrative processes and systems.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Support Contract Analysts in facilitating the administration of site and vendor clinical contracts- including routing for internal approval, obtaining signatures from all parties, and filing and distribution of executed agreements.

·         Assist with contract system (eCATS, CTMS, site builders, databases) entry and management.

·         Contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts.

·         Process preliminary agreements (Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Pre-Activation Letters (PALs), etc.) if requested.
